Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models (clearly identifying recommended valuation range, critical business drivers, sensitivity analysis etc) to support investment decisions and portfolio management.
FP&A Activities: Oversee and report on financial planning and analysis activities within the investment portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Treasury: Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk management within the investment portfolio to ensure sufficient cash reserves and optimize the use of monetary assets. Monitor and analyze cash flow statements, identify trends, and report any significant findings to the Strategic Investment Director.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, and contribute to the implementation of best practices in investment porforlio.
Analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities in listed equity market.
Generate practical investment insights from bottom-up research on business models, key value drivers and investment risks.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive investment memos / presentations clearly articulating industry insights, investment thesis and recommendation for the senior leadership team
Actively participate in meetings with target / portfolio company management teams and outside experts
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, departments, and portfolio person in charge to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.

More 5 years of experience in equity research.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
