The real estate project’s prime location in Ring 1 of the New Urban Area Thủ Thiêm, adjacent to the Saigon River Park;
The Covid-19 pandemic prompted people to prioritize living environments with high green density, close to the river, close to the city center;
Exquisite products befitting the prime location;
The project being the only one in Thủ Thiêm with land use right certificates.
