Established in March 2008, through our development journey, in 2021, Red Capital underwent a crucial change in the company development strategy. Today, Red Capital has been growing steadily with three core business areas: Fund Management, Investment Portfolio Management, and Investment Advisory for both individual and institutional investors.
2008
Entering the Establishment Phase
- Established in March 2008 as the Petroleum Global Fund Management Joint Stock Company (with a charter capital of 25 billion VND).
2017
Changed name to Red Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company
- Officially change the company’s name to Red Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company (Red Capital) and relocated to Ho Chi Minh City.
- Focus on 3 main investment fields: Real estate infrastructure fund, M&A fund, Growth stock fund.
2021 - 2022
Fundraising and Fund Management
- R1F Fund: Infrastructure investment fund (320 billion VND)
- R2F Fund: Growth stock investment fund (130 billion VND)
- Becoming the most reliable and effective asset manager
