PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment management or portfolio management within the listed capital market. 

• In-depth understanding of Vietnam’s capital market and business models. 

• Strong analytical, evaluation, and investment skills. 

• Professional, proactive, decisive, and patient working style, with the ability to work independently and perform well under pressure. 

• Possession of a valid Fund Management License issued by the State Securities Commission (mandatory). 

• Candidates holding CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.
