Ms. Phuong Lan has more than 20 years of working experience, holding many senior executive positions in the fields of real estate development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructuring.
From 2004 – 2010: Ms. Phuong Lan held the position of Investment Director – Nautilus Equity Holdings, Hong Kong. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Southern Logistics Joint Stock Company (Sotrans, Code: STG) and a member of the Supervisory Board of Thang Long Corporation (Code: TTL).
In 2018, Ms. Phuong Lan became a member of the Board of Directors of Gelex. Previously, Ms. Lan was General Director of Gelex Real Estate Company Limited, Investment Director of R.C Real Estate Development and Financing Joint Stock Company (Refico); Director of Saigon A2 Investment Fund, Thanh Viet Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company.
