Before joining Red Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company (Red Capital), Mr. Hiep spent four years at ACB Securities as the Head of Investment Department. Mr. Hiep holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New South Wales (Australia) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Distintion from the University of Houston-Clear Lake (USA).

Ms. Quynh is the Chief Accountant at Red Capital, heading the company’s accounting and finance department. With over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting sector, Ms. Quynh plays an important role in managing the accounting system, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, and providing strategic consulting to the Board of Directors. Ms. Quynh holds a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation and a Chief Accountant training certificate.
With over 10 years of experience in the field of human resource management, Ms. Vo Thi Anh Tuyet has experience in building and implementing recruitment strategies, training and development, and effective compensation systems. She always aims to develop a strong human resource team, contributing to creating a foundation for sustainable growth of the enterprise.
