Mr. Ngo Phung Hiep has over 15 years of experience in the Securities and Fund Management industry. He began his career at Viet Capital Asset Management (VCAM) as a Senior Specialist before moving to HSC Securities as Deputy Director of Investment Banking. Before joining Red Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company (Red Capital), Mr. Hiep spent four years at ACB Securities as the Head of Investment Department.

Mr. Hiep holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New South Wales (Australia) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Distintion from the University of Houston-Clear Lake (USA).
